Sticky Sweet Cookie S’mores
A Gooey Twist on a Campfire Classic
Nothing says summer like a good s’more, but this version adds a fun, cookie-filled twist. Warm, melty chocolate, soft marshmallows, and chewy cookies come together for a treat that’s just as good by the fire as it is straight from the oven.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:- 1 bag no name® Large Marshmallows
- 1 bag PC® Decadent Chocolate Chip Cookies
- PC® Milk Chocolate Bars
Oven Method:
- Preheat your oven to 400–450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place cookies on the sheet and top each one with a marshmallow. Set the tray on the lower oven rack and bake for 2–4 minutes, keeping a close eye as the marshmallows soften and turn golden.
- Remove from the oven, add a piece of chocolate on top, then gently press another cookie over it to make a sandwich. Let it sit for a moment so everything melts together and enjoy!
Campfire Method:
- Toast marshmallows over the fire until golden and gooey. Place the toasted marshmallow over a piece of chocolate, then sandwich it between two cookies. Press lightly and enjoy that warm, melty centre.
- Remove from the oven, add a piece of chocolate on top, then gently press another cookie over it to make a sandwich. Let it sit for a moment so everything melts together and enjoy!
