Ingredients

Sheet pan fajitas are a simple dinner that includes seasoned meat and vegetables roasted all on one pan and served in warm flour tortillas with your favorite toppings.

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ pounds boneless pork or chicken, cut into stripes
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 peppers, sliced
  • 1 Old El Paso fajita kit

  • Refried beans
  • Green onion, sliced
  • Jarred jalapenos, sliced
  • Rice
  • Hot sauce or chili flakes
  • Shredded cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Sliced avocado or guacamole
  • Salsa
  • Shredded cheese

Directions for Preparation

  1. Grease a baking sheet with 1 tablespoon oil. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Cut chicken and vegetables into strips. Lay the vegetables evenly on the pan and place the meat on top.
  3. Sprinkle the dry seasoning over the vegetables and the meat. Drizzle with the remaining tablespoon of oil.
  4. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until the meat is well-cooked. Wrap the flour tortillas in aluminum foil and place them in the oven to warm during last 5 minutes of cooking.
  5. Serve in warm tortillas and toppings of your choice.
