Snack: Best Homemade Eggnog

Ingredients

  • 1 package (135 grams) cook and serve stovetop vanilla pudding
  • 2 cans (341 mL) evaporated milk
  • 3 ¼ cups fresh milk
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • Cinnamon to taste

Directions for Preparation

  1. In a medium pot, whisk together 3 cups of milk and the vanilla pudding.
  2. Stirring constantly, bring up to a low boil.
  3. Let cook for a few minutes until thickened.
  4. Turn off the heat and whisk in the remaining milk.
  5. Add cinnamon to your taste.
  6. Pour into a pitcher and chill overnight before serving.
