  • Choose an ice cream sandwich instead of a pre-loaded frozen cone.
  • Pick classic ice cream flavours like vanilla and chocolate.
  • Choose less often ice cream flavours that have added candy or chocolate.
  • Serve ice cream in a bowl instead of a cone and skip the caramel or chocolate syrup.
  • Often frozen yogurt or gelato has more sugar than classic ice cream.
  • Measure out your scoop and stick to one portion. ½ cup of ice cream is considered one portion.
  • Sucking on frozen berries or frozen chopped fruit can be really refreshing!
