This bright smoothie bursts with flavour. It is the perfect breakfast to pick you up from the winter blahs.

  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup frozen raspberry or strawberry
  • 1 cup milk or milk drink
  • 2 tablespoons to 4 tablespoons walnuts or almonds (optional)

Directions for Preparation

  1. Blend together until smooth.
  2. Serve in 2 cups.

Almonds and walnuts are a mild flavoured nut that add protein to the smoothie to keep you feeling fuller longer.
