This easy overnight oats recipe could not be easier. It is a healthy, simple breakfast that you can make ahead for busy morning.

·       1 package plain instant oats

·       1 package apple cinnamon instant oats

·       1 cup milk

·       1 apple, finely chopped or ½ cup unsweetened applesauce

Directions for Preparation

  1. Place the ingredients in a container in the fridge overnight.
  2. In the morning, warm up in a microwave safe dish for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add more cinnamon to taste and add more milk if needed.
