Dessert: Marshmallow Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 packages dream whip         
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ package cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 to 4 cups of mini marshmallows*, preferably multi-coloured
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 ½ cups pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 cup canned peaches, drained & roughly chopped

Directions for Preparation

  1. Using a hand blender, whip the first three ingredients until the cream holds together.
  2. Whip in the cream cheese and coconut together until smooth.
  3. Gently stir in the fruit then the marshmallows.
  4. Set in the fridge for an hour before serving.
  5. Store leftovers in the fridge.

*for a lower sugar desert, use 2 cups mini marshmallows.
