Dessert: Anytime Tropical Smoothies


  • 2 cups yogurt with Vitamin D
  • 120 ml drained canned pineapple
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup 1 milk or lactose - free milk or soy beverage
  • *optional 4 teaspoons toasted coconut

Directions for Preparation

  1. Mash the bananas in a bowl with a fork then add the other ingredients and blend well (use a blender if you have one)
  2. Pour into 4 glasses

No equipment is needed for whipping this satisfying drink together.
