Hockey is more than just a past time in our Northern Communities; it's a way of life in the winter! Many of our teams look forward to the season's arrival, but struggle with the escalating costs of travel and equipment. God's River Northern joined local community members in assisting their local hockey team, the Manto Sipi Wheat Kings with the purchase of new jerseys. Northern generously made an $800 donation to the team and look forward to cheering on their local team this season! Way to go God's River Northern and good luck to your team!
