Hummus

  • Toss hummus with cooked noodles and any vegetable like sliced peppers, tomatoes or leftover cooked veggies
  • Switch half the amount of mayonnaise in egg salad with hummus
  • Add a few tablespoons of hummus to the next batch of instant mashed potatoes
Quinoa or Rice Salad
  • Canned fish or seafood, rinsed and drained
  • Leftover cooked meat or fish
  • Sliced deli meat like turkey, chicken, roast beef or ham
  • Canned beans or lentils, rinsed and drained

  • Chopped boiled eggs
  • Canned tuna or salmon, rinsed and drained
